What do you need help with?
How do I report a repair online?
Select your address and then select the 'Report a repair for this address' button.
Complete this process for each repair you have to report so we can send the right type of contract out to fix the issue.
Provide any additional information, for example, when you would be home to let the contractor in.
If you live in the APY lands, select 'Select here if you need something fixed in your house' and complete the online form for the Umuwa Housing Office to process your request. Once submitted, you will see your request in 'My Enquiries & Forms'.
How do I view more details of my current or previous repairs?
Select the 'View Repair Request' button alongside the repair to view more details.
Why are there two of the same addresses listed?
You may have a transportable building on your property; the second address should say 'Transportable Building' at the start of the address. If selected, this allows you to raise repairs on your transportable building. If you do not have a transportable building on your property and one appears in the list, please contact SA Housing Trust.
Can I update my repair request once its been submitted?
You can't update your repair request once it's been submitted in Housing Connect. Contact SA Housing Trust maintenance on 131 288 to update your repair request.

What is a transportable building?
A transportable building is also known as a portable sleepout or a relocatable building which are self-contained structures that can be transported to and placed in yards, separate to the main dwelling.
Can I call Housing SA Maintenance at anytime?
The Maintenance Centre operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be contacted by calling 131 288. General maintenance services are conducted between 8am and 6pm on a normal working day. Outside of these hours, an emergency service is available when required.

A contractor attended for a repair but it's still an issue, what do I do?
Please call SA Housing Trust Maintenance on 131 288 between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday for non-urgent repairs, or anytime for urgent repairs.

When raising my repair, the location I need isn’t in the drop-down list, what do I do?
If you can’t find the location you need, select the most relevant from the list and add a ‘comment’ to describe the location for the contractor.
